Yoga cure for the diabetics
Diabetes, which takes millions of lives worldwide directly or indirectly, is caused either by the less production of insulin or body’s resistance to insulin.
For people suffering from any type of Diabetes, Dyboss herbal capsules are excellent remedies, which decrease blood sugar and improve the absorption of insulin by the body.
People suffering from the Type 2 Diabetes, also benefit a lot by yoga and other exercises. Below, I have discussed some yogas that can help you treat your Type 2 Diabetes effectively.
Surya Namaskara: The sun salutaion or ’surya namaskara’ is a series of 12 poses performed to prepare your body for further exercises. This is usually done at the sunrise while facing the Sun. You also need to inhale and exhale alternatively while going through the 12 ‘asanas’.
To do sun salutation, first stand straight and join your palms at the chest level. Then raise your hands joined at the palm above your head and stretch your body backward while inhaling. Slowly exhale and bend forward to touch your feet. Keep the palms of your hands on the ground if you can. Again exhale and stretch your left leg backward so that your chin is rested on your right knee. Keep your palms on both sides of your feet.
Now, stretch the right leg backward so that your body makes a triangular shape along with the floor. Bring your knees and the whole body down on the ground except for the buttocks. Then, raise your head and upper part of the body, arch your spine and look at the ceiling. Again raise your knees and buttocks to form the triangular position and repeat the other poses to come back to your first position.
Dhanurasana: ‘Dhanurasana’ or the bow shape yoga increases blood flow in the pancreas and intestine area. This helps the production of insulin. To perform this, first lie flat on your belly. Lift your legs and then slowly raise your head. Finally, grab your ankles with your hands.
Matsyasana: Lie flat on your back. Arch your spine so that the top of the head rests on the floor. This ‘asana’ relieves tension in your muscles and help you relax.
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama: This ‘pranayama’ is performed by alternately blocking one nostril with your fingers and inhaling and exhaling through a single nostril. This has a great calming effect on your nerves.
